Love your pictures! How can I book a tour?

We are available for tours Mon-Fri. You can book a tour with us by filling out the inquiry form with your availability and event information!

Do you have a parking lot?

We do not! But there are over 200 free parking spots on the surrounding streets (Belmont, Rockwell, and Fletcher) . We also contract with several Valet Services and are happy to help coordinate for your special day.

What is your capacity?

We have a standing capacity of 299 for the entire space! Each room has their own standing and seated capacity which is listed on our rate sheet!

What is your square footage?

Our entire campus is about 12,000 sq ft.

Do you allow outside caterers?

Absolutely! We do charge a small outside catering fee of $10/pp.

Do you have catering?

What do your Bar Packages include?

Our standard bar packages start at $35/person, but we’re happy to work with our clients to create something that works perfect for every event’s budget & need. Send us and email to learn more.

Do you have a preferred photographer/videographer list?

We do! Here is a link to our list. This list is just a recommendation of folks we know can capture your event beautifully in our space. We’re happy to have our client’s work with any photographer they choose.

Do you have a kitchen onsite?

We do! We have a commercial kitchen that should suit any caterer’s needs.

Do you allow outside alcohol?

We do not allow outside alcohol. But we have very reasonable drink packages and drink minimums to suit all types of budgets!

Is your space wheelchair accessible?

It is! We have ramps that connect every space and five ADA accessible bathrooms. 

Do you have wifi?

We do! We are happy to give you and your guests the login when you arrive onsite.

Do you have covering over your outdoor space?

At this time we do not have covering for our outdoor space but stay tuned!

Are bands and or DJs allowed?

They are! We even have a stage in Belmont Room that is great for performances!

Can we bring in decor? Are we allowed to use tape, nails, etc?

Absolutely! You are welcome to bring in your own decorations. We simply ask that you do not place nails in any of our walls and that you ask permission before placing sticky adhesives or tape on any of our walls.

I’m ready to book! Do you require a deposit? 

Yes! We do require a deposit in order to hold your date on our calendar. We ask for a 50% deposit upon contract signing.
